Hello, I'm Nicola,

The founder, meticulous planner, and self-proclaimed queen of thorough analysis.

My journey into the world of events was inspired by the profound importance of family. After completing my studies at the Internationally accredited Aleit Academy, I embraced the role of Wedding Coordinator at Aleit Weddings, where I passionately planned and coordinated weddings and events for a rewarding nine years. The wealth of experience gained in the industry then beckoned me towards a new chapter — teaching at The Aleit Academy, a role that allowed me to inspire the next generation of industry leaders.

For over a decade, I've been living my dream as a wedding planner, and sometimes, I find myself looking around in awe, wondering how I got so fortunate!

Many of my clients express that they can envision what they want and how they want to feel, but the challenge lies in finding it and navigating the path to get there.

I adore my profession – I have the privilege of collaborating with incredibly talented creatives in the industry, inspiring and being inspired by them. Following a delightful planning journey, where I share my knowledge and expertise with couples, I have the joy of being right there with them on the happiest day of their lives.

Our journey together begins with an initial consultation, during which we delve into your vision for the wedding. Subsequently, I craft a personalized proposal encompassing the brief, the envisioned outcome, a breakdown of services tailored to your needs, and a proposed budget. Our fees are structured as flat rates, with minimum fees in place to ensure transparent and fair arrangements.

Have you been envisioning and planning your wedding since you first discovered what a wedding was? If so, our Day-of service might be tailor-made for you – the hands-on bride. This service is designed for clients who have diligently checked off all the boxes in the planning and design phase but could use some professional guidance along the way.

Following our initial consultation, booking, and onboarding call, you'll gain exclusive access to our wedding planning documents, providing valuable assistance throughout the crucial phases of wedding planning.

About 6-8 weeks before your wedding, we'll join you for a venue walkthrough, initiating the process of transferring all your plans to your dedicated coordinator. Together, we'll craft a comprehensive master plan for the wedding day and take charge of all vendor communications starting 30 days before the big day.

On the day itself, rest assured that we'll joyfully manage all the logistics, allowing you to relax, enjoy, focus on getting married, and cherish precious moments with your loved ones. Your wedding day is meant to be stress-free, and our Day-of service ensures just that.

02. GET TO KNOW YOU

This is our favorite part! Once you've decided to collaborate with us, we initiate a unique process designed to truly understand you. It goes beyond mere aesthetics; it delves into your essence, sparking the layers of meaning that will enrich and define your celebration. This marks the beginning of your new narrative.

03. COMPILATION

Following the getting-to-know-you phase, we dive into the collaborative process of crafting bespoke designs and securing your desired team of service professionals. Every element, from tables to napkins, flowers to lounging areas, is carefully hand-picked to align perfectly with your vision.

04. IMPLEMENTATION

With all the details signed off, we bring the envisioned celebration to life! As the event day approaches, we ensure every element is finalized, and reconfirmations are in place. On the day itself, we are there from start to finish, overseeing a seamless setup, ensuring a flawless day, and creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. Your dream celebration is in capable hands.
